www.blogger.com is the best for blogging, its free to create an account and start blogging, Goggle Adsense is great for placing ads on your blog, they pick up key words from your blog and post similar ads that will hopefully interest the reader.
I have found a few Paid to Click sites that are legit and pay out fairly well.
Neobucks pays pretty well and is highly recommended from tons of people, they pay $0.01 per ad, I usually get $0.04 a day, but it takes maybe 5 mins out of my day to do, and before you know it, you have $2 in your paypal account.
Another great site is Hits4pay. They have a $25 payout, but they give you $10 just for signing up! I usually view about 8-10 ads a day at $0.02 per ad. Great site!
Trekpay Is another great site, Although I havent figured out how much points are worth, they seem to do a share of the profit instead. They have a payout of $5.50 and they update the earnings between Tuesday and Thursday, once you have the $5.50 you can request the pay out. The great thing about this one is that you don't have to view the ad for 15-30 secs, you just click on the site, and click an ad if requested and you are good to go.
Palmbux is another legit site that pays, this site does take longer to accumulate money, but I usually have about 7-8 per day to view. They also have a $2 payout.
Tuibux also pays $0.01 per click, and have a $2 payout. For some reason I love this site, I guess it is the layout which is pretty nice and easy to read and follow.
HitZmagic is one that I have just started. They claim to pay $0.07 per ad, and have a $75 payout. I have been recommended to try this site, but I figure I have nothing to lose while I am sitting on the computer and wasting time anyway.
Now the key to these sites is to get referrals and to click the ads daily. When I decide that I have 5 to 10 minutes to spare, I go to all these sites at once. Often these sites make you stay on the website for 15-30 secs and you cant click on any other pages while doing so. So the best way to get this done without it taking all day is to open the sites up in new windows NOT new tabs, then click the ads which automatically open up in news tabs in each window. This way, I have about 10 pages running, and click them all right after another, it saves tons of time, by taking 5 minutes to check all the ads rather than 20 to 30 minutes.
My all time Favorite website is YouData. They pay out every Friday, regardless of how much money you made during the week. They usually only have a few ads per week, but the first week I made $1.34 and was paid Friday Afternoon in my Paypal account.

If you are a social butterfly I know of two paid to post sites. These site pays around $0.01 to $0.02 per post.
Mylot.com Is my favorite. The key is to post good topics that get a lot of responses such as "what color are you wearing today" or "what do you put on your hot dog" then of course there are tons of categories, and you can even ask for advice on your problems. But you cant make money just by posting a topic, you need to comment back on people's posts to your topic, rate good answers and make friends. Making friends gives you better chances of having more people read your Topics and respond, and the more you respond to their topics, makes them more likely to respond to yours.
MoraChat is another one, The have different categories such as TV and Movies, but I have found that this site isn't as active as Mylot. But it is still fun and has a great community of people.
